EMA Expo 2024 is taking place Jan. 29- Feb. 2, 2024 at Denver Marriott West. The Expo will feature expert speakers from across the industry sharing new content, analysis of their work, and how they are furthering science.

    Speakers will be announced May 10, 2023.

    EMA Expo 2024 schedule to be announced June 1, 2023.

    Lodging and Parking:

    Denver Marriott West will provide the first 100 guests to register for the EMA Expo 2024 a rate of $129 per room per night. Link for hotel purchase is provided on registration page. Guests acknowledge that EMA is not partnering with Denver Marriott West to create commission on rooms. All concerns and questions will be sent directly to Denver Marriott West. Free parking is available at the hotel.

    EMA Expo 2024 Networking Events:

    Expo attendees will have the opportunity to network during two additional events, a cocktail hour at Denver Marriot West on Monday, Jan. 29 following check-in. A formal dinner at Denver’s Museum of Nature and Science will be on Thursday, Feb. 1. Sponsorship opportunities at both events are available.

    Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancellations received more than 28 days prior to the conference start date are subject to a processing fee of 4% of the total registration, plus any direct expenses incurred by EMA. 
    • Cancellations received 15 – 28 days prior to the conference start date are subject to a $250 cancellation fee plus any direct expenses incurred by EMA. 
    • Cancellations received 8 – 14 days prior to the conference start date are subject to a $500 cancellation fee plus any direct expenses incurred by EMA. 
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than seven days prior to the conference start date. 
    • No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather or travel disruptions/cancellations.
    • Registrations may be transferred without incurring any penalty or fee.

    Risk of Covid-19:

    Attendees understand that by attending the event there is a risk of being exposed to COVID-19, EMA will follow current federal and state guidelines.
